BEFORE YOU ORDER

A few essentials to keep in mind:

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled once placed
Standard processing time is 5–7 business days
Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships

01 — ORDER AGREEMENT

By placing an order with Haute Richessè, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

All orders are considered final once submitted. Due to the speed of our fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel or reverse orders after they have been placed.

02 — PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Each order is carefully prepared before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

What to expect:

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the carrier
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched

During launches, restocks, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our standard of quality

NATURAL VARIATIONS:

Each Haute Richessè garment is produced with attention to detail, but slight differences may occur from what is shown online.

This can include:

Subtle color tone differences
Variations in fabric texture or finish
Slight adjustments in placement of patches, trims, or hardware
Minor fit refinements

These are normal outcomes of production and are not considered flaws.

03 - RETURNS/REFUNDS

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ONLY EXCHANGES. ALL EXCHANGES HAS TO BE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER the package has been delivered. If the new item you request is not available, you will be eligible for store credit. Every exchange request is subject to an inspection and approval. Exchange requests musts be unworn & with all original tags & packaging attached.

04 — PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS

Pre-order items follow a separate production timeline.

When purchasing a pre-order item:

Fulfillment timelines are listed directly on the product page
In some cases, production may require additional time beyond standard processing
All timelines are estimates and may shift as production progresses

If any major updates occur, communication will be sent via email.

05 — PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Haute Richessè is no longer responsible for the package.

You are responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier
Failure to do so may limit our ability to assist further

Also note, once the package is shipped, Haute Richessé is not responsible for lateness, or damage done to the package during transport.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Orders confirmed as delivered to the provided address cannot be replaced or refunded.

06 — SALE SHIPPING:

Sale shipping usually can take 3-5 weeks to ship due to our high sale volume during this time. We work diligently to get everyone’s orders out in this time frame. ALL SALE ORDERS ARE FINAL.


07 — INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship worldwide.

Please note that international shipments may incur additional charges once they reach your country. These fees are not controlled by Haute Richessè.

Customers are responsible for:

Import duties
Taxes
Customs or clearance fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are non-refundable, including in cases where a package is refused.

If an international shipment is declined, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies prior to placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
